Join a rapidly-growing, award-winning pediatric practice in Jacksonville, FL, dedicated to providing family-centered, patient-focused care across 10 locations with a team of 22 pediatricians and 10 mid-level providers.

We specialize in population health, value-based care, and integrated behavioral health, recognized as a CMS TCPI Exemplary Practice for excellence in engagement, chronic illness management, and reducing ER visits.

Seeking full-time outpatient pediatric physicians passionate about compassionate care, with competitive salary ($170K-$220K), incentives, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and paid time off.

Shared after-hours and weekend call (1:6), with a loan repayment program up to $70,000 for qualified providers with medical loans.

Requirements include BC/BE in Pediatrics and Florida medical licensure or eligibility. Bilingual skills are a plus. Jacksonville offers a vibrant community with diverse opportunities.
