Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services in a community-based outpatient setting for adults and children.
Qualifications include licensure as an LCSW or equivalent, with a minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in individual, family, and group therapy.
Must have completed accredited graduate training with a GPA of B+ or higher and communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities include delivering compassionate psychotherapy, maintaining clinical documentation, participating in team activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting patient referrals.
Additional duties involve case consultation, completing administrative tasks, and addressing patient and provider concerns professionally.
Compensation starts at $35/hour, with full-time hours (40/week), and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. The role involves in-person work.
