Licensed Counselor

Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Counselor (LISW, LPC, LPCC) to provide mental health assessments, counseling, and treatment services to clients and families.

Conduct screenings, diagnoses, and follow-ups, collaborating with healthcare staff and participating in treatment planning.

Provide individual and group therapy, coordinate with medical providers, and assist in community outreach and health fairs.

Maintain accurate client records, comply with regulations, and participate in performance improvement activities.

Travel for trainings and outreach as needed, and work across multiple locations.

Qualifications: Master’s in social work, counseling, or related field; Ohio licensure; 2+ years experience; strong communication, counseling skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
