They support quality improvement initiatives, monitor patient satisfaction, and foster a positive, diverse work environment.
Effective communication, professionalism, and adherence to policies are essential.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, 4-6 years of clinical experience, and 2 years of leadership experience preferred. The position is full-time, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
