Attending Physician

Job Description

Seeking a part-time Attending Physician in Buena Vista, VA, two days/week to support geriatric care in post-acute and long-term settings.

Provide leadership and supervision of Nurse Practitioners

Ensure accurate diagnosis, treatment, and management of illnesses

Prescribe medications and assist with quality measures

Complete patient histories, physicals, and re-certifications

Maintain timely documentation via EMR

Coordinate patient care effectively

Typical hours are 8-9 AM start and 3-4 PM end.
