Seeking an Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) to support nephrology patients at our Newton location.
Manage patient care in collaboration with physicians, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and education. Provide services such as dialysis rounding, CKD clinic support, hospital rounding, and on-call coverage, primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. Require strong clinical skills, experience with EHR, excellent communication, leadership abilities, and willingness to travel between care settings. Must hold a valid NJ license, be certified by NCCPA or AANPCB, and have at least 2 years of clinical experience. Preferred experience with CKD/end-stage kidney disease patients and private practice settings. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and life insurance. This is a full-time, in-person position with a base salary of $109,000–$125,000 annually.
