Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing comprehensive kidney care across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

  • Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate dialysis and transplant care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Communicate effectively with the care team and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.

    • Qualifications include an active Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking and organizational skills.

    Full-time position offering $90,000-$150,000 annually with benefits like flexible scheduling and paid time off. In-person work location preferred in Mansfield, OH.
