Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Mansfield, Ohio.
Provide comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans. Develop and manage evidence-based treatment strategies for kidney diseases, including medication management. Coordinate care for dialysis patients and those awaiting or post-transplant procedures. Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle changes. Collaborate effectively with the care team and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR. Qualifications include an unrestricted Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong communication skills.
This full-time position offers a salary range of $90,000-$150,000, flexible scheduling, and paid time off.
In-person work in Mansfield, OH is required.
