The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with Nursing Leadership to oversee daily operations and shift leadership within a clinical department, ensuring nursing care safety and quality.
They manage staffing, resources, and budget principles while supporting patient and family services through interdisciplinary teamwork.
The role involves supervising nursing staff, providing direct patient care when necessary, and coaching employees to uphold clinical and service excellence.
Requirements include an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred), active RN license in New Mexico, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Preferred experience is 3 years, with skills suitable for diverse patient populations.
Work involves irregular hours, exposure to infectious diseases, and physical demands like standing, patient transfers, and emergency response.
