Job Description
Providing mental health counseling to diverse, underserved populations in a community-focused outpatient setting.
Perform initial assessments, develop care plans, and deliver therapy sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and support staff.
Accurately document patient care and connect clients to resources.
Must hold an active license in CA (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist).
