Job Description
This remote/telehealth Licensed Counselor role involves providing individual and group addiction treatment services to adults and families.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, documenting progress, and ensuring confidentiality.
Collaborate with community agencies, law enforcement, and medical staff for continuity of care and compliance.
Provide patient education, crisis intervention, and support, while participating in case reviews and quality improvement.
Maintain accurate, compliant patient files and discharge procedures within specified timelines.
Qualifications include valid licensure (LADC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oklahoma, a valid ID or driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a flexible, detail-oriented environment.
