Job Description

The Mobile Therapist position at TrueNorth Wellness Services within the CORE program is a full-time role based in York, PA, focused on delivering personalized behavioral health and wellness services.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, leading therapy sessions, and participating in team meetings, all while applying clinical judgment and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field, reliable transportation, and required background clearances.
