About the Position

A well-established and growing private orthopedic practice in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in knee and shoulder conditions, including comprehensive upper and lower extremity care.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated surgeon seeking professional independence, significant earning potential, and the ability to build and grow a high-volume practice within a collaborative, physician-driven environment.

Position Overview: The incoming surgeon will provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical and non-surgical care with a focus on:

• Knee and shoulder pathology
• Sports-related injuries
• Upper and lower extremity conditions
• Degenerative and traumatic orthopedic disorders

You will practice in a modern outpatient and surgical setting with strong referral support and established rehabilitation partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $300,000 – $600,000 annually

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, or Extremity Orthopedics preferred
• Eligible for New Jersey medical license, CDS, and DEA
