Job Description
Seeking a Physician for an established Opioid Treatment Center providing care for individuals with opioid and polysubstance use disorders. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and adhere to evidence-based practices to ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities include admitting clients, coordinating care, conducting physical exams, supervising nursing staff, reviewing medical records, and documenting medical orders. The role involves participating in treatment team meetings, attending monthly physician calls, and working with a multidisciplinary team of providers. The Medical Director is expected to work at least 8 hours per week on-site during morning hours.
The position requires in-person work and collaboration with staff to deliver comprehensive addiction treatment.
