Seeking a qualified Cardiology MD for locum tenens coverage in Williamsport, PA. The position involves providing anesthesia care across General, Cardiac, OB, and Pediatric cases, supervising CRNAs, and participating in call shifts (weekdays and weekends). The role requires active PA license or IMLC, Board Certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, DEA, and recent cardiac anesthesia experience. The hospital is Level II Trauma with full specialty support and EMR system Cerner. Compensation is competitive; travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered. Shifts are 9 hours, with ongoing ASAP start. Responsibilities include performing cardiac bypass, TEE, open-heart, and other procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with surgical teams. Credentialing takes about 90 days.
