We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Stone Oak Surgery Center in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing preoperative and postoperative patient care with a focus on safety and comfort.
- Assisting surgeons during procedures and ensuring sterile techniques are maintained.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to emergent situations promptly.
- Educating patients and families on postoperative care and discharge instructions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
