Job Description

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Pediatrics, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in women’s services or pediatrics and 2 years in management.
  • Requires RN license in New Mexico, BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC certifications; BSN preferred.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in team collaboration and working with medical staff.
  • Responsible to the Chief Nursing Executive, working in a clean, ventilated environment with flexibility for schedule changes and emergencies.
  • Must handle stress professionally, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
