Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist to provide inpatient psychiatric care for children and teenagers in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group therapy sessions.
Maintain communication with patients’ families and coordinate with community mental health agencies to support discharge planning and reduce re-hospitalization.
Provide patient and family education, support, and advocacy, along with post-discharge follow-up.
Qualifications:
Unrestricted licensure in social work (LMSW, MSW, LPC preferred); CSW or PLPC considered with stipulations.
At least one year of psychiatric experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 30 days of hire.
