Seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative multi-disciplinary team as Clinical Manager of Speech Therapy Services.
Supervise and support a team of speech-language pathologists, ensuring high-quality patient care and promoting collaboration within client teams.
Oversee clinic operations, staff training, documentation, and policy development; maintain caseload productivity (~25 hrs/week).
Conduct staff mentorship, coordinate clinic supplies, and collaborate with leadership on clinic needs.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2+ years of experience, and appropriate licensure.
