Job Description
We are seeking a Veterans Counselor/Therapist to provide comprehensive clinical services for veterans impacted by substance use and mental health disorders.
Manage a caseload by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and participate in regular team meetings. Ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance with standards, and provide crisis intervention and community referrals. Engage in supervision to support professional growth and licensure, with opportunities for continuing education and licensure reimbursement. Develop discharge plans and represent the organization professionally within the community.
