Job Description
We are seeking a Veterans Counselor/Therapist to provide individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for veterans with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Key responsibilities include leading therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring documentation and compliance, providing crisis intervention, and developing discharge plans. The role involves weekly supervision, community engagement, and referrals to support recovery.
Qualifications required a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health and active Kentucky licensure (e.g., CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA) and/or CADC. Experience working with veterans and complex behavioral health issues is essential.
