Seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for a 3-month locum assignment in Oregon with potential extension. The role involves a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, working 80 hours per pay period via 4 ten-hour shifts (7:30 AM–4:30 PM), with weekly rotation between clinic and hospital. Practice details include 50% inpatient/outpatient coverage, managing 15–18 outpatient and 8–15 inpatient patients daily, working alongside cardiologists, with dedicated medical support and EMR using EPIC. Requirements include board certification, at least 1 year cardiology NP experience, Oregon license or willingness to obtain, DEA, and NPDB self-query. The position offers competitive weekly pay, malpractice coverage, and opportunity for extension. Unpaid EPIC training is required.
