Job Description

The Podiatrist Physician role involves providing routine foot and wound care services across various nursing homes, assisted-living, and long-term care facilities in Illinois.

  • Travel within assigned facilities with flexible scheduling to meet patient and practitioner needs.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat foot conditions, including infections and deformities.
  • Coordinate care with facility staff, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on foot health.
  • Ensure all services meet legal and professional standards, with documentation via electronic medical records.

    • Qualifications include a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, active licensure, and board certification or eligibility. Strong clinical, communication, and travel skills are essential.
