We are seeking a dedicated RN Program Manager for the Pedi MFM Clinic located in Hill Country Village, TX.
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.
Coordinate patient schedules, manage clinical staff, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
Develop and implement clinical protocols, monitor quality metrics, and support staff training.
Provide leadership in patient education, support services, and care coordination for pediatric maternal-fetal medicine patients.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
