Join our faith-based residential treatment center in Morrow, AR, as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to transforming lives.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent males facing mental health or substance use challenges.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Integrate Christian values respectfully into therapeutic practices.
Facilitate psychoeducational groups on emotional regulation, trauma, and healthy relationships.
Maintain clinical documentation and participate in ongoing professional development.
Offer crisis intervention and engage with families to support recovery and reunification.
Qualifications: Valid counseling license in Arkansas, Master’s degree in a related field, experience with youth, and proficiency in evidence-based practices. Must be willing to relocate.
