Join a faith-based residential treatment center in Morrow, AR, as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to transforming lives.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent boys facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Integrate Christian values into therapy while respecting client needs and cultural backgrounds.

Facilitate psychoeducational groups, support family engagement, and participate in staff and professional development activities.

Maintain accurate documentation, provide crisis intervention, and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications: Valid counseling license in Arkansas, Master’s degree in a related field, clinical experience with adolescents, and commitment to integrating faith into therapy. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential.
