Job Description

We are seeking an independently licensed clinician (LCSW or LCPC/LPC) to provide direct therapy within our inpatient detox, residential treatment, and mental health stabilization programs.

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy for patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete documentation independently, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote integrated patient care.
  • Support clinical team through collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing training.
  • Maintain accurate documentation adhering to industry standards.

    • Qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, active Pennsylvania licensure, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, and proficiency with EMR systems.
