Job Description
We are seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the Early Intervention program, reporting to the Director of Early Childhood Services.
Responsible for evaluating, assessing, and monitoring children’s communication development, including speech, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills. Collaborates with families and the early intervention team to develop and implement individualized service plans, providing direct therapy and consultation as needed. Maintains accurate records, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and participates in trans-disciplinary team efforts, serving as team lead when designated. Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, CCC or supervised credentials, NM licensure, and experience with children 0-3 preferred. Must work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and be bilingual in English/Spanish a plus. Travel within local counties is necessary, and relocation to Los Lunas, NM is required before starting.
