Job Description
We are seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the Early Intervention program, reporting to the Director of Early Childhood Services.
Provide evaluation, assessment, and ongoing therapy focusing on communication, feeding, and oral motor skills for children aged 0-3.Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized service plans aligned with federal and state regulations.Maintain detailed records of progress, ensure compliance with training requirements, and serve as Team Lead when designated.Work in various settings, including homes and community locations, requiring travel within the region; flexible schedule with potential evening/weekend hours.p>Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, licensure in NM, and preferably experience with young children. Bilingual skills are a plus. Must pass background checks and operate a vehicle. This is a contract position offering a flexible, day-shift schedule.
