Job Description
Seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the Early Intervention program, reporting to the Director of Early Childhood Services.
Conducts evaluations and assessments focused on communication, feeding, and oral motor skills for children aged 0-3. Develops and implements service plans collaboratively with families and the interdisciplinary team, providing direct therapy and consultations. Maintains detailed records, tracks progress, and ensures compliance with Family Infant Toddler (FIT) and regulatory standards. Leads or collaborates within trans-disciplinary teams, serving as designated on IFSPs when needed. Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, CCC or supervised credential, NM licensure, and experience with young children preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. Must have a valid NM driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel within Valencia and Cibola Counties. Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is necessary.
