Job Description

Seeking an Experiential Therapist to lead campus-wide adventure and challenge-based therapy for teenage girls healing from trauma.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering experiential groups, providing individual and family therapy, completing assessments within 14 days, and ensuring safety protocols. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage program operations, and track outcomes for continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s in a clinical field, are licensed or pursuing licensure, and have experience with trauma-informed, experiential, or adolescent therapy in residential or wilderness settings.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $87,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, professional development, and relocation support.
