Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based services in Longview, East Texas.

What you’ll do:
-Perform comprehensive speech evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
-Create home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers
-Coordinate care with other healthcare providers
-Complete required patient visits and documentation on time
-Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations

What you’ll need:
-Current Texas license in Speech Language Pathology
-Reliable and innovative with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
-Proficient with standard workplace technology

Bonus points for:
-3+ years pediatric experience, home-health background, or specialty certifications
-Bilingual in English/Spanish
