Axiom Family Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated *Mental Health Counselor* to join our outpatient team at our *Uniontown, PA * location. This role is open for *full-time* candidates.

*Incentives: A*xiom offers a $1500 earned sign on bonus for master level candidates after six months of employment! LPC’s bonus is $2,000 after six months ! *An incentive plan is available after ninety days of employment which equates to a 20-25% pay increase! Pay rates are based on 40 hours per week and not just billed hours! *

Qualifications:

* *Master’s Degree* (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college
* Licensure in a related field is *preferred*, including but not limited to:
* Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
* Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
* *Experience* in outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse treatment is a plus, but not required
* *Comfortable working with all age groups* (children, adolescents, and adults)

*Responsibilties:*

* Provide *individual*, *group*, and *family therapy* to clients dealing with mental health and substance use disorders
* Conduct *comprehensive intakes*, mental health assessments, and treatment planning
* Document clinical progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with *state regulations* and *HIPAA compliance*
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions
* Collaborate with the *treatment team*, including physicians and other counselors, to ensure holistic care
* Manage a caseload that includes both *mental health* and *drug/alcohol* consumers
* Participate in required *training* and professional development opportunities
* Engage in *supervision* and peer support groups to foster continuous learning and improvement

Candidate will be required to provide clearance results prior to employment:

-PA Child Abuse Clearance
