We are seeking a compassionate RN, Registered Nurse, to join our Post Surgical PACU team in San Antonio, Texas, on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and assessing patients’ post-operative recovery
• Providing pain management and ensuring patient comfort
• Monitoring vital signs and responding to changes promptly
• Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure safe patient transitions
• Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Educating patients and families about post-operative care
