American Medical Administrators (AMA) is a multi-location healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated *Primary Care Physician* to join our team and provide quality medical services across several of our clinics, Kennett, Hayti, and Steele, Missouri.

*Responsibilities:*

* Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient medical records, including evaluations, medications, treatments, allergies, test results, and other pertinent documentation.
* Evaluate patient symptoms, perform examinations, and determine the most appropriate treatment plans.
* Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal regulations, while ensuring patients are informed of potential risks, complications, and interactions.
* Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and the effectiveness of care programs.
* Provide patient education and consultation on preventive health, nutrition, fitness, and hygiene to support informed decision-making.
* Rotate between multiple clinic locations to provide care coverage as needed.

*Qualifications:*

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
* Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
* Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) of practice.
* DEA certification.
* Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

*Preferred Experience:*

* Previous experience in primary care or outpatient clinic settings.
* Ability to manage patient care across multiple locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $227,233.00 – $252,612.00 per year
