Summary:

Oversees and coordinates daily clinical operations across multiple clinics and providers, providing guidance to clinical staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provides professional nursing care to patients in collaboration with healthcare providers, often working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years clinical patient care experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in healthcare setting
• RN license in good standing; Basic Life Support certification
• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
