Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in patients’ homes.

Full-time, salaried role with flexible Monday-Friday schedule, no on-call or weekend shifts.

Provides advanced wound treatments, assessments, medication management, and patient education.

Requires travel (~75%) to patient homes, with equipment and training provided.

Qualifications include a valid license, board certification, at least one year of experience, and wound care knowledge a plus.
