Job Description

Supports and coordinates daily nursing activities in patient care units, providing direction to clinical staff and ensuring efficient operations during assigned shifts.

  • Oversees patient care delivery, manages staffing, and promotes smooth unit functioning.
  • Coaches and evaluates team members, addresses training needs, and maintains compliance with policies.
  • Delegates responsibilities, resolves conflicts, and fosters respectful communication with patients and families.
  • Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), 2 years of clinical experience, and RN licensure with BLS certification.
  • Ensures timely acquisition of additional certifications as needed, with specific grace periods based on experience.
  • Works full-time, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
