Job Description

Supports and coordinates daily nursing activities in patient care units, providing direction to clinical staff and ensuring efficient operations during shifts.


  • Manages patient care delivery, staffing, and resource allocation while promoting respectful communication with patients and families.
  • Coaches and evaluates staff performance, addresses training needs, and resolves conflicts among team members.
  • Documents operational activities, maintains compliance with policies, and delegates responsibilities appropriately.
  • Requires a BSN (preferred), 2 years of clinical experience, and valid RN license and BLS certification.
  • Ensures timely certification renewals within designated grace periods, with specific requirements based on experience and position.
  • Work schedule is full-time, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
