Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and promoting understanding

Evaluating and revising care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care

Managing complex patient needs, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing care tasks

Contributing to professional growth, unit goals, and safety initiatives

Assessing patient data, anticipating discharge needs, and fostering family relationships

Planning care with multidisciplinary resources, considering cultural factors

Engaging in research and applying new evidence-based practices

Requirements include an RN license in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, onsite night shift role offers an opportunity to make a lasting community impact.
