Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and promoting understanding

  • Managing complex patient needs, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing care tasks
  • Contributing to professional growth, unit goals, and safety initiatives
  • Assessing patient data, anticipating discharge needs, and fostering family relationships
  • Planning care with multidisciplinary resources, considering cultural factors
  • Engaging in research and applying new evidence-based practices

  • Requirements include an RN license in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, onsite night shift role offers an opportunity to make a lasting community impact.
