Job Description

Jordan Valley Community Health Center is seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician for our Lebanon Family Medicine team, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Our mission is to improve community health through accessible, patient-centered care in underserved areas, providing services across primary care, dental, vision, and behavioral health.

Key responsibilities include coordinating care via a team-based model, direct patient care, ensuring patient rights, attending training sessions, supporting clinic needs, and maintaining continuity of care at various sites.
