Job Description

This Primary Care Physician position offers a $10,000 annual sign-on bonus.

The role requires board certification, Missouri medical license, and BLS certification.

Provide patient-centered care in a team-based model, ensuring access, continuity, and quality health services.

Coordinate care, attend training, and assist colleagues to deliver effective healthcare.

Follow clinic protocols, recommend equipment needs, and maintain care continuity at various sites.

Participate in team efforts to meet clinic goals and promote patient rights.
