Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides high-quality, integrated psychological services within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, assessing and diagnosing mental health and chronic conditions, and delivering evidence-based interventions.


  • Participates in team collaboration, shares skills, and ensures coordinated patient care.
  • Uses screening tools, diagnoses based on DSM-V, and develops appropriate treatment plans, coordinating with community resources as needed.
  • Provides individual and family therapy, documents progress, and collaborates with specialists.
  • Maintains productivity standards, facilitates same-day access, and contributes to quality improvement efforts.
  • Ensures professional licensure, engages in ongoing training, and demonstrates professionalism and effective communication.
