The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides high-quality mental health services within an integrated care setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions, coordinating care with community resources, and ensuring timely access to services, including crisis care. The role involves active participation in team efforts, maintaining professional licensure, and contributing to clinic quality improvement initiatives. The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, current California LCSW licensure, bilingual proficiency in Spanish, and strong interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills.
