Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team in South Bend, IN.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and document services per standards.
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management staff to ensure continuity of care.
Conduct assessments, contribute to discharge planning, and maintain compliance with ethical and licensing standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and an active state license. Experience with substance use disorders is preferred.
