Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team in South Bend, IN.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Document clinical services following regulatory and facility standards.
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct assessments and assist with discharge planning.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards, licensing, and policies.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, and an active state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC, or equivalent). Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders is preferred. The role offers competitive salary ($60,000–$65,000), health benefits, paid time off, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
