Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in South Bend, IN.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments. Document services in compliance with standards and collaborate with medical and case management staff for continuity of care. Conduct assessments and assist with discharge planning, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISAC), and experience with substance use disorders preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
