Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a BIPOC-owned, female-led organization focused on maternal-infant mental health and early childhood intervention.
Provide in-home and clinic-based speech therapy services for children aged 0-5, incorporating family-centered, research-based strategies.
Utilize parent coaching, education, and community outreach to support child development and caregiver well-being.
Supervise staff and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote social-emotional growth and developmental milestones.
Maintain accurate documentation, participate in community events, and advocate for families’ needs.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Therapy, California licensure (CFY considered), pediatric experience, and ability to work in Lancaster, CA.
