LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Hospitalist MD in Brattleboro, Vermont, 05301!
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative rural hospital setting. This role involves managing hospitalized patients, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals. The Hospitalist will respond to medical emergencies, manage ventilated patients, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes. This is a day-shift position (12-hour shifts) with rotating call and weekend responsibilities.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active Vermont Medical License (or ability to obtain)

DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications

Experience in ventilator management and running codes

2–3 years of hospitalist experience preferred

Rural health experience preferred

Clean malpractice history

Eligible for J1 Visa only
