Seeking an ambitious NP/PA to join a leading Urgent Care team in the Permian Basin, dedicated to high-quality patient care.

  • Assess and treat acutely ill patients, perform minor procedures such as lacerations, drainage, and toenail removals.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, provide counseling, and guidance.
  • Recognize and evaluate disease processes, prescribe medications per guidelines, and perform diagnostic testing.
  • Maintain current clinical knowledge, seek ongoing education, and stay updated with medical literature.

    • Job is full-time, offering a salary between $130,000 and $165,883.29 annually, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and flexible scheduling.

    Requires ability to commute and relocate to Midland, TX 79707 before starting.
